If you live in England you would know that weather here is very unpredictable, you can get all 4 seasons in one day. This is especially true when it comes to summer. We get few hot days and the rest is very confusing. Sometimes you feel like you need a coat first thing in the morning but by lunch the sun is cooking you and a few hours later rain is pouring down. On the days like this it can be really hard to decide what to wear but I think this trench coat dress is kind of perfect for our unperfect British summer.
It looks like a coat but still a dress, you can wear it with just a t shirt underneath or a lightweight jumper for cooler days. You can also pair it with jeans and a white shirt and wear it undone. And if you live somewhere with 4 distinctive seasons this dress can be a great transitional piece.

With a new “It” bag every month it can be very hard (not to mention expensive) to keep up. Buying a dupe can be a good way to be part of a trend without breaking the bank:)
