As much as I love summer I always get excited for Autumn. It brings with it such beautiful colours; bright yellow, orange, red, purple… Everything has a beautiful golden glow. I get so inspired just by looking at the trees around me.
For me, September always has a sense of starting something new, be it going to school, starting a new college course or going back to work after summer holidays. There is also the incoming dark and colder nights where we can put the heating on, grab a book and get all cosy. Being a homebody, the pressure to be always out doing stuff in the summer sun is over so I can finally relax and breathe a sigh of relief.
And of course we can’t forget that September is a big fashion month during which we get to see all the upcoming trends for autumn and winter. Check fabrics and the colour red featured a lot on the catwalks. I happened to love red and use to own a tartan skirt back in my school years, so all of this gave me an inspiration for this cute look. Who sais I cant dress like an extra from Clueless?;)
